Where are the exercise files?

Okay trying to learn how to program a Raspberry Pico and now trying to learn how CMake works. I was shown to the documentation section and am going through the tutorial and it mentions files in the Help/guide/tutorial/Step1 directory. I cannot find this in the folder where my cmake is installed. Would it be somewhere else, or do I need to download it?

At the beginning of the tutorial, there’s a download link to a ZIP containing just the tutorial sources.
In there no Help/guide/tutorial directory exists, the Steps are there in a directory with the same name as the zip.
