Hi,
I am trying to set yup CDash as per the instructions in:
# Installation
If you'd like to install CDash in a [Docker](https://www.docker.com) container, please see our
[Docker installation guide](docker.md).
## Prerequisite software
Before installing CDash, you will need:
- A web server: [Apache](https://httpd.apache.org) or [NGINX](https://www.nginx.com)
- A database: [MySQL v5.x+](https://www.mysql.com) or [PostgreSQL v9.2+](https://www.postgresql.org)
- [PHP 7.3+](https://www.php.net)
- [Composer v2.x](https://getcomposer.org) (to install PHP dependencies)
- [npm v6](https://www.npmjs.com/) (to install Javascript dependencies)
## PHP modules
CDash needs the following PHP modules installed and enabled.
- bcmath

I am supposed to be directed to install.php, but I get a 503 Error. The setup doesnt provide an install.php. I tried running on my nginx server (with mariadb on linux), as well as with ‘php artisan serve’.
I edited .env as appropriate.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

I had similar problems, and was advised to follow the set of docker based instructions instead.

# Bug report
### Expected Behavior
New CDash server instance to work
… ### Actual Behavior
docker env file problem, CDash not loading install page
After following the docker instructions, after the very first docker compose command, I got:
```Couldn't read env file: /var/lib/snapd/void/.env.dev```
I continued with trying to load the CDash site in a web browser anyhow, and got this in the apache logs:
```
