With this cmake example

I got this error on Windows CI

It seems I have to use the the Ninja Generator on Windows!

unfortunately now I got an other error with CPack:

CMake Error at D:/a/cmake-init-modules/cmake-init-modules/build/dev/cmake_install.cmake:49 (file):
file INSTALL cannot find
“D:/a/cmake-init-modules/cmake-init-modules/build/dev/Release/Algo.dll”:
File exists.
