Cross compiling Qt app on Linux host for MacOS target.

On my Linux machine I have MacOS sdk and Qt5 headers and precompiled libraries for MacOS.
Configuration part using cmake runs without problem:

It finds all required Qt headers and libraries, but build is failing with message:

"QtCore/qcoreapplication.h" not found.

I can see that there is flag in the log

provided by the compiler…

Can you strace -e file that compilation command to see where it searches for the header?

strace: must have PROG [ARGS] or -p PID

But I can not build my PROG (Qt application) due to the error provided above.

Run the compile command that fails under strace to see where the compiler is looking for headers.

Some explanation where the header file are. But it does not help to solve my problem. ;-(

Frameworks are weird. It seems that FrameworkName/header.h is translated into FrameworkName.framework/Contents/Headers/header.h. I think zig-c++ needs to learn how to use the -framework flag and handle them with their magic ways.

The frameworks should be used via -framework flags, not -I flags. I don’t know if non-Apple CMake builds know much about frameworks…

maybe cmake has functionality (function or variable) to set that flag if target is MacOS target?
