Building fraunhofer ecm on aarch64 in termux when i386 amd64 sse flags are in source and lib

Removing msse4 1 and 2 references with vim is not working.
Is there a gcc option to override and use aarch64 gcc14; or, will I need to remove every i386 amd64 compiler reference with vim?
