Qt5 component library not copied to CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY

I’m more curious why Qt5Widgets.dll is being copied into the CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY. What is causing that to be done?
