Out-of-Tree Source Library "TheForge"

Hi,

I’ve made TheForgeCMake alongside TheForgeCMakeTemplate.

This is an out-of-tree CMake builder for The-Forge.

I’m not yet sure if I made it the right way is here anyone that might help me to improve this opensource product?
