Integration of zlib 1.2.13 in Utilities/cmzlib

The last version of zlib integrated in CMake 3.28.1 is version 1.2.12.

However zlib version 1.2.13 fixes CVE-2022-37434 (NVD - CVE-2022-37434).

When do you plan to integrate version 1.2.13 of zlib into CMake?

I think an issue at CMake / CMake · GitLab (kitware.com) is a better choice here.
