Failed to configure preset with Clang/LLVM compilers when using CMake Tools.

So a diff is that CMake Tools has (uniquely):

  • CC
  • CXX
  • RC

pointing to LLVM tools as well as LLVM in PATH.

One difference I see is that the former has WSLENV and WT_* set in them. No idea if that affects things?
