Can a YUM repo be provided?

I’m aware of the APT repository for CMake described at https://apt.kitware.com/.

Can a YUM repository be provided as well? The version of CMake in AppStream is usually a few minor versions behind the latest, and I would like to be able to stay on the latest version through YUM.
