In my CMakeSettings.json file, i have added that option:

This _CMake\_gencache\_debug.txt_ file is ~1.5MB. I tried attaching it to this reply, but I get this message: _Sorry, new users can not upload attachments._  
I’ve looked through it, but nothing is jumping out at me. Anything I should look out for?
