Could you try launching this via cmake-gui? I’d like to see if you are having a similar issue like this discourse is [showing](https://discourse.cmake.org/t/windows-configure-error-when-using-the-command-line-the-c-cxx-compiler-identification-is-unknown/4053)

rm build/ -recurse -force
cmake-gui -S . -B build/
