# Matrix room

It is official, matrix ↔ libera chat bridge is discontinued \[1\]\[2\]. It’s a pity because there is now no longer a matrix community for CMake. It would be nice if kitware could either:

- enable another bridge managed outside of LiberaChat to bring back the integration
- maybe host a matrix space for all kitware?
